The smoke often lingers for extended periods, making it difficult for residents to keep windows open and affecting daily routines. Families living in the vicinity say the issue has persisted for several months without a permanent resolution.
Parents of young children and elderly residents have expressed particular concern, noting that exposure to smoke can be uncomfortable, especially for vulnerable groups. “This has become a recurring problem rather than a one-off incident,” said a resident of the area. “Temporary clean-ups don’t seem to stop it from happening again.”
Residents are now seeking clearer guidance on how to address the issue effectively and are urging relevant local authorities to take sustained action to prevent repeated dumping and burning of waste in the area.
